RETURNS POLICY

All of our products feature custom designs (unless purchased blank), therefore we cannot accept any returns unless the product is received with a fault. As we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason other than this, please be sure to order the correct sizes when purchasing clothing. 

Should you receive a faulty garment, please follow the instructions below.

To return your items:

1. Contact RA Vinyl Designs & Embroidery through the contact page on our website. You will then be taken through the returns process. 
2. When a returns is requested, an investigation will begin. You will be asked to provide images of the products, and highly likely to be asked to return them. 
3. When returning garments, please mark on the parcel with your name/business name and that it is a returns item.
