FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are there any set up fees?

Yes & no. Yes for embroidery (also known as a digitizing fee), no for printed designs. This fee is size dependent, starting from £6.00.

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

Our regular lead time is 10-15 working days.

What if I need an order urgently?

You can request your order be fast tracked, however it will incure a £12 rush fee.

How long is delivery?

All our orders, once completed, are sent by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery. Alternative delivery firms can be used, but this must be requested upon placing your order, and may incure further expenses.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, it must be done within 48 hours of placing & payment. Once production has been started, it may no longer be possible for your order to be cancelled.

Can I return an order?

You can only return an order under 3 circumstances; 1. your order is wrong, 2. your order is damaged or 3. you aren't completely statisfied with the outcome. You cannot return your order if the clothing is the wrong size, not the colour you expected or overall not what you expected but meets the design proof that has been approved by the customer.

Where can I find size guides for clothing? 

Size guides are available alongside every item of clothing, and can be found on the products page.

Do you provide clothing samples?

Clothing samples can be sent out to customers, at their own expense. However, all samples must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If clothing isn't returned, the customer will be charged. Please note, all clothing samples sent out, will be sent out blank.

Do you provide samples of embroidery work? 

Yes, we can provide samples of embroidery work. This is done through our 'Try Before You Buy' serivce and does incure a small charge.

How big can you embroider designs? 

The largest space we have to offer with embroidery is 20cm x 30cm. If you require any larger than this, please get in touch and we can dicuss your options.

What payment methods do you offer? 

We accept payment by Bank Transfer (preferred), Cash (for local businesses/customers to the Whitby area ONLY) and by Stripe Pay (Credit/Debit Card).
